When Davies learned that his wife died, he wanted to buy chocolates in the vending machine, but the pack got stuck. Trying to find out why he feels nothing concerning the death of the wife, Davies begins to write long letters to the firm serving vending machines. And in letters he tells about himself and about the relations with the died wife. He is answered by Karen, the manager of the company soon. In passing Davies understands that he needs absolutely to disassemble the refrigerator, to break a toilet cabin, the working computer and to destroy own house.
